fix(qr-custom): center QR, timer berhenti, refund saat lunas, regenerate expired

- link publik: QR center, nominal/QR/timer disembunyikan saat expired
- reject/refund untuk paid
- regenerate QR expired (kode unik baru) di detail & tabel
